Practical Information
The following practical information is intended to assist participants, faculty members, presenters, and industry partners attending the Joint Education Workshop APTH-ISTH 2027.
Official Language
The official language of the Workshop is English.
Scientific presentations should preferably be delivered in English. Exceptionally, presentations may be delivered in Portuguese; however, presentation slides must always be prepared in English.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be available electronically after the Workshop.
Only registered participants will receive certificates.
Name Badges
All participants, faculty members, industry representatives and staff members are required to wear their official Workshop badge during all scientific and social activities.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentation speakers are requested to upload their presentations in advance, according to the organisation’s instructions.
Presentation slides must be prepared in English.
Additional technical information and presentation upload instructions will be communicated to presenters before the Workshop.
Electronic Posters
Accepted posters will be presented in electronic format.
Authors are encouraged to use the official Workshop templates, and visual identity materials will be sent by the organisation.
Detailed technical specifications and upload instructions will be provided after abstract acceptance.
Registration Desk
The workshop registration desk will be located at Fundação António Cupertino de Miranda and will remain open throughout the Workshop.
Detailed opening hours will be announced closer to the event dates.
Industry & Exhibition Area
The technical exhibition and industry area will be located near the main participant circulation and networking areas.
Participants are invited to visit the exhibition area throughout the Workshop.
Wi-Fi & Technical Support
Wireless internet access will be available throughout the venue.
Additional technical information and access details will be provided onsite.
Live Streaming
Selected scientific sessions and symposium activities will be available through the official live streaming platform.
Online participation is available exclusively for participants located more than 50 km from the Workshop venue.
